Results in the form of modeling and prototyping of the hospital information services function. The method applies a structured approach used by the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) as an analysis of requirements, and system modeling to business process based on databases system. Based on the analysis of the use of information technology, acquired in a picture of blueprint draft about the additional service functions in the form of Customer Relationship Management, Executive Information System and Decision Support System to improve profitability and accountability. The research focuses on the addition of service functions in fostering competitiveness. Rapid technological advances that grew exponentially has resulted in a number of governance changes in the situation of hospitals environment. The rapid development of IT has changed the procedure of people to act and behave. Hospital as a public facility is expected to provide health services and information to the public optimally.
